TxDOT El Paso District Incident Detour Signs

Description
Incident detour signs (drum signs) that are used to display detour routes to travelers during traffic incidents, road construction, etc. When the sign is activated, multiple parts of the sign flip to show the detour route. Operated and maintained by TxDOT. TxDOT will phase out those signs and replace them with static travel time displays to provide comparable travel times for detour/alternate routes.
