The Transportation Policy Board (TPB) will allow speakers from the audience to comment on any transportation related issue that is not on the agenda. During the course of the meeting, audience members will be given an opportunity to discuss each item in the order in which it appears on the agenda, after the Board has discussed the item. DISCUSSION AND ACTION:

1. Approve the minutes for the July 22, 2016 Transportation............................................................. Chairperson

Policy Board meeting.

2. Approve proposed amendments for the Federal Fiscal Year..................................................................... MPO

(FFY) 2016-2017 Unified Planning Work Program to:

a. Program $60,037 of FY 2015 Federal Transit Administration (FTA) 5310 funds to Subtask 3.4 Public Transportation for Human

Services Agencies.

b. Deprogram $55,000 from Subtask 2.4 Demographic Forecasting to reprogram $20,000 to Subtask 1.4 Professional Development

and $35,000 to Subtask 3.3 Models of Regional Planning Coordination.

3. Approve the recommendation from the Executive Committee.................................................. EC Chairperson

to:

a. Add South Central Regional Transit District as a voting member of the Transportation Policy Board (TPB) with the understanding

that said representative is not a standing member of the TPB.

b. Commence (10) ten day Public Involvement Period as of September 23, 2016 to incorporate changes to the TPB Bylaws.
