Program (UPWP) to add Subtask 5.3 Camino Real Tierra Adentro Planning and Environmental Linkages (PEL) Study in the amount

of $2 Million of New Mexico funds.

7. Amend the Horizon 2040 Metropolitan Transportation Plan (MTP) ………………………………………………………………..TPAC Chair and the 2015-2018 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) to Program the Racetrack Drive Sidewalk Installation project, using New Mexico Transportation Alternative Program (TAP) funding from the Fiscal Year (FY) 2016 / 2017 project call totaling $259,835. $58,770 is awarded in FY 2016 for Preliminary Engineering (PE)/Design using $48,631 TAP Large Urban El Paso Metropolitan Planning Organization (EPMPO) and $10,139 TAP Flex New Mexico Department of Transportation (NMDOT). $201,065 is awarded in FY 2017 for Construction using $48,631 TAP Large Urban (EPMPO) and $152,434 TAP Flex (NMDOT).

8. Amend the Horizon 2040 Metropolitan Transportation Plan (MTP) .............................................. TPAC Chair

and the Horizon 2015-2018 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP):

a. Program the NM 478 Pavement Preservation project (CN E100180), with limits from MP 0 (Intersection with NM 460 in Anthony)

to MP 4.85 (EPMPO boundary), in FY 2015 using $721,860 of New Mexico Surface Transportation Program (Flex) funds.

b. Amend the Southern DAC Bridge Replacement Project (CN E100100) to remove the NM 226, MP 1.3-1.5 Bridge Replacement/

Structure #2814 from the scope of work. The project will include the remaining Bridge Replacement, Structure #2730 and #5296,

with project cost of $2,060,000.

9. Approve the following actions for the use of Federal Transit Administration ………...…..…………………………..……...……TPAC Chair

(FTA) 5310 Urbanized Area Grant funds:

a. Award the remaining FY 2013 and FY 2014 FTA 5310 funds to Sun Metro.

b. Program the remaining FY 2013 and FY 2014 FTA 5310 funds in FY 2015 of the Horizon 2040 MTP and the Horizon 2015-2018

TIP, for Sun Metro as the sub-recipient, in the amount of $1,394,188.
