· Bus Procurement (3) to assist with 1-10 Project Traffic Mitigation, $1,250,000

· West El Paso Traffice Mitigation Circulator Service, $2,100,000

Total CMAQ requested: $3,350,000 Remaining CMAQ available: $6,241,325

2. Category 7 Surface Transportation Program Metro Mobility (STP-MM), amount: $1,873,578

· State Spur 6 (Wildcat Drive) School Zone Safety, $386,944

· Sun Metro Engine Rebuilds (12 buses) $1,486,634

3. Category 7 STP-MM-PE (Preliminary Engineering) Policy, amount: $2,510,000

· Darrington Road Widening, $4,797,898

· Express Toll Lanes at Tornillo Port of Entry (POE), $4,375,000

· Loop 375 (Americas) Ramps & Frontage Roads Reconfiguration, $31,157,850

a. Program the New Mexico (NM) 404 Multi-use Path project in FY 2018 using $1,400,000 of NM CMAQ funds.

b. Amend the NM 136 (Pete Dominici Highway) Road Improvement Feasibility Study project to add PE Phase 2, MPO ID# P614A/CN

E100080, in FY 2016 using $800,000 New Mexico STP-Flex funds.

c. Amend the I-10 Pavement Preservation project, MPO ID# I600X/CN E1100620, to move from FY 2016 to FY 2015. There are no

changes to funding costs.

d. Amend the NM 273 McNutt Road project, MPO ID#P615X/CN E100160, to add a PE phase in FY 2016 and move the Construction

Phase from FY 2016 to FY 2017. The project funding amounts are $1,400,000 NM-CMAQ, $3,950,000 Highway Safety

Improvement Program (HSIP) and $800,000 NM STP-Flex (for PE).
