Amend the Horizon 2040 Metropolitan Transportation Plan (MTP) and the Horizon 2015-2018 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) and approve FY 2016 Texas TAP projects, Socorro Safe Routes to School Phase II, and the UTEP Hawthorn St. Pedestrian and Bike Enhancements for inclusion in the Statewide Transportation Improvement Program (STIP).

6. Amend the Horizon 2040 MTP and the Horizon 2015-2018 TIP: ................................................. TPAC Chair

a. To move the Paso Del Norte (PDN) Port of Entry and Stanton Port of Entry Bluetooth Wait System Projects from FY 2014 to FY

2015 in the MTP, and include in FY 2015 in the TIP using Congestion Mitigation and Air Quality (CMAQ) funds in the amount of

$120,000 (construction $48,652 and non-construction $71,348) for the PDN Port of Entry project; and $120,000 (construction $55,641 and non-construction $64,359) for the Stanton Port of Entry Project, and to assure that the TIP, budget and scope for construction and non-construction agreements are consistent.

b. To deprogram the PDN Port of Entry Ready Lane Project in FY 2015 using CMAQ funds in the amount of $100,000.

c. To amend Arterial 1 Project cost to increase to $5,520,000 of Vehicle Registration Fee (VRF) funding.

d. To move Greg Drive / Edgemere Project from FY 2016 to FY 2015.

e. Other projects for the February 2015 revisions to the 2015-2018 STIP:

1. Move Country Club Roundabout in FY 2015 at a cost of $1M to FY 2017 and revise the cost to $900,000 of CMAQ funds.

2. Move Edgemere/ Rich Beem Roundabout from FY 2017 to FY 2015 using $900,000 of CMAQ funds.

f. Category 7, FY 2015, Preliminary Engineering (PE) Policy projects.

7. Include the Mesa Park Interchange and Frontage Roads project in............................................. TPAC Chair
