The TPB retains the option to set reasonable limits on the number, frequency, and length of presentations. the Horizon 2013-206 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) to Deprogram the $43.2M of Coordinated Border Infrastructure (CBI)

funds in FY 2014-2016 (that includes $2,548,800 reserved for Presidio) and reprioritize projects affected to potentially use other funding

sources, and assure CBI funded projects in this timeframe are programmed appropriately. The TPAC proposes the following amendments,

using Congestion Mitigation and Air Quality (CMAQ) funds in FY 2014 for these five City of El Paso projects:
