The Transportation Policy Board (TPB) will allow speakers from the audience to comment on any transportation related issue that is not on the agenda. During the course of the meeting, audience members will be given an opportunity to discuss each item in the order in which it appears on the agenda, after the Board has discussed the item. The TPB retains the option to set reasonable limits on the number, frequency, and length of presentations. b. Downtown Pedestrian Wayfinding project in FY 2015 using $800,000 of Category 9/STP Flex funds;
c. Improvements to Santa Fe Street and West Franklin Ave project in FY 2015 using $1 million of Category 9/STP Flex funds;
d. Street Median and Parkway Landscaping project in FY 2015 using $5,500,000 of Category 9/STP Flex funds.
